So I will be drafting up my Weekly Meal plans here, since if I write them on paper, they will be lost in the sea of papers (bills, coupons, etc) that floods my poor kitchen and dining table. Right now these are just lunch/dinner dishes, breakfasts will be pretty basic, and lunch?????. Also a reminder to myself to check out Robyn Webb's "200 Healthy Recipes in 30 Minutes Or Less" and "The Holly Clegg Trim and Terrific Cookbook", ALSO Oxygenmag.com's Recipe webpages for the Veggie burritos and other healthy yummies.
